Your shipping cost will automatically be calculated on your cart total when you enter your address on checkout.
*Please note Free Shipping campaigns only applies to standard online products and not to any custom made pieces
SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are in partnership with Star Express Couriers.
You will receive a waybill number to track your delivery.
For your returns in case of in-transit damage. Send us an email - subject: your order number and name the item/s you would like to return. Please include photos of the damaged piece/s.
A customer service representative will be in touch to schedule your return.
Please bring this to our attention as soon as possible. We will then log the process and get the courier company to collect from you. We will cover courier costs and refund you fully or send you a new piece.
Please note: If you don't want the furniture piece after seeing it in your space (Only standard pieces).
You can return your order within seven days of receiving it. All products must be in the original packaging and condition it was delivered.
You will be responsible for covering courier cost for delivery back to our warehouse in Strand.
